Free Holiday Buses Survey 2011/12
Welcome to the Sunshine Coast Council's Free Holiday Buses Survey, thank you for taking the time to complete it. The purpose of this survey is to collect information to evaluate the Sunshine Coast Council Free Holiday Buses program, funded by your Public Transport Levy. Complete the survey and provide us with your name, telephone number and email address and you will enter a draw to WIN a $250 shopping voucher (conditions apply).
Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw:
* One entry per person;
* Entrants must be over 16 years of age;
* Competition close date is 31 January, 2012;
* Employees of Sunshine Coast Council are excluded from entry;
* The winner will be randomly selected via a computer generated process;
* The competition winner will be contacted via telephone or email and the winner’s name announced on the Sunshine Coast Council website;
* The winner will receive a $250 shopping voucher for a Sunshine Coast shopping centre of their choice, location negotiable for non-Sunshine Coast residents;
* To the extent permitted by law, council is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including consequential loss) or for any personal injury or any other loss whatsoever sustained in connection with the prize;
* This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability that can not be excluded under Australian Consumer Protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prize.
