50+ Adult Volunteer Engagement in Arizona Survey |
1. Introduction
The Governor's Commission on Service and Volunteerism seeks information about how Arizona organizations engage 50+ adults as volunteers.
By the year 2020, it is projected that more than 1 in 4 Arizonans will be over the age of 50. Additionally, this population will soon outnumber Arizona's population of youth.
The Commission will use the results of this survey to provide statewide coordination, support and planning to best leverage this growing volunteer resource. The results will be published and available to guide organizations in the development of their own programs that capture the interests and imagination of Arizona’s 50+ adult volunteers.
Please take a few minutes to complete this Request for Information. The more care and thought put into this reqeust, the more useful the information will be to organizations throughout Arizona.
