2015 Climate Leadership Conference: Call for Abstracts Submission Deadline: COB, September 5, 2014

OVERVIEW: The Climate Leadership Conference (CLC) team seeks to enrich our audience’s experience by fostering invaluable exchange throughout a variety of plenary panel discussions and interviews, multi-track breakout sessions, networking events and pre/post conference educational roundtables and workshops. Professionals engaged in the climate change, energy, and overall sustainability space who may inspire new ideas, facilitate instrumental dialogue, and introduce new opportunities to the 2015 CLC audience are encouraged to submit.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please refer to the 2014 Climate Leadership Conference program to gain a better understanding of CLC content. Program themes for the 2015 Climate Leadership Conference will include:

Innovative Water and Energy Solutions
Infrastructure and Resilience
Making the Case for Climate Action
Best Practices for GHG Reporting and Climate Related Disclosure
Successful External Partnership and Engagement Strategies
Opportunities for Business and Government in a Changing Landscape for Climate and Energy Policy

Abstract forms must be submitted by Friday, September 5, 2014. All speaker recommendations should be recognized subject matter experts and possess strong public speaking skills. Before you begin, please gather the following information on the speaker(s) you are nominating: a short bio, credentials including publications and recent speaking engagements, and current contact information.

NOTICE: We appreciate your submission and value your insight, but due to the high volume of response, you may only hear back if speaker or topic is selected. Speakers selected by the Climate Leadership Steering Committee will be contacted with a formal invitation followed by further guidance on next steps, deadlines, and speaker instructions.
